Shipping Times

We pride ourselves on making your shopping experience smooth, easy, and fast. While delivery times can vary, 95% of orders arrive within the timeframes below:

-Calendars: 5–10 business days

- Unframed Prints: 3–6 business days (standard times vary by location)

- Canvas: 5–7 business days

- Classic Matte Framed Prints: 3–6 business days

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

We package every order with care, but if your item is damaged in transit or lost in shipping, we’ll make it right — as long as the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

You can choose a free replacement or a full refund.

To report a damaged or lost order:

1. Contact us at liveoakprint@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of both the product and the packaging.

3. Once verified, we’ll quickly send your replacement or issue your refund.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit, no matter where you are in the world:

- Calendars: Shipped in sturdy mailers or boxes to prevent bending or damage.

- Unframed Prints: Smaller sizes are shipped flat; larger sizes are rolled and shipped in durable tubes or triangular boxes.

- Canvas Prints: Packed in strong, protective boxes with added padding to keep edges safe.

- Framed Prints: Ready-to-hang, securely wrapped with corner protectors and shipped in reinforced boxes for maximum protection.

Shipping Services

All orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of being placed. The courier we use depends on your location:

- U.S. orders: USPS, FedEx, or UPS

- UK orders: Evri

- Other regions: We’ll select the most reliable local carrier for your area.

In most countries, your order will be produced locally and shipped from within your region, which means faster delivery and no customs fees in the vast majority of cases.
