Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at liveoakprint@gmail.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at liveoakprint@gmail.com with photo proof. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Address Corrections

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us within 24 hours so we can update it before shipping. After this period, no refunds can be issued for orders sent to the wrong address.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply contact us at liveoakprint@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Items must be in their original condition — unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly send out your replacement item at no additional cost.
